Rancho Palos Verdes

Welcome to Rancho Palos Verdes

The oceanside L.A. treasure bursts with magnificent estates and natural splendor
A dreamy landscape flush with coastal wildflowers and awe-inspiring vistas, the city of Rancho Palos Verdes rests in the southern swath of Los Angeles County. From its position pressed against the Pacific Ocean — atop the bluffs of the Palos Verdes Peninsula — this peaceful town maintains a well-balanced harmony between outdoorsy, laid-back fun, and high-end luxury.
Rancho Palos Verdes is an area of affluence, revered for its sprawling equestrian trails, impeccable country clubs, and resort-like homes. Though the city itself wasn’t incorporated until 1973, the Peninsula holds a long history that includes European exploration as early as 1542. Its residents have continued to uphold high standards for the city and prioritize the preservation of open space.
Charming single-family abodes and multi-million-dollar stunners are plentiful in Rancho Palos Verdes, including many dazzling jewel estates overlooking the white-capped waves of the Pacific and the peaks of Catalina Island. Styles can range from contemporary masterpieces to the sophisticated Mediterranean, whose red-tiled roofs give the city a breezy, island feel.
